Celeste Looney Insurance: Then & Now

Celeste doing business in 1956
During the last year of WWII, a man entered a store and asked if anyone wanted to sell binder twine.  Celeste did.  Later, he asked if she wanted to sell insurance. She did.

And the rest is history.

In 1999, Celeste's son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Martha Bryant joined the company and she retired.

In 2009, their daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Garrett Barnett joined the company.

For three generations, our family has taken care of your family and business. We've moved from a farmhouse kitchen to a little house on College Avenue in Tahlequah, OK.  The concept of insurance has changed from a simple barn raising to a financial necessity.  Some business done with paper and pen can now be entirely conducted on a computer--the choice is yours.

Faces have changed. Years have passed.

Our mission is still the same: to insure the good people of Oklahoma.

But enough about our past...we want to talk about your future.

Come see us at our office or at our home online.

We'll be looking for you.
